Ah, you...and your friends...are incredibly organised. Tell me, your house is secretly messy most of the time...it'll make me feel better.

im sorry to burst your bubble tommy, but their house is like their blog.....clean, minimal, fresh and a place you can go for absolute goodness!

So kind J.T.! I have to say that living in a building where people drop in all the time (and constantly), I keep a neater house than I perhaps would do otherwise. That and we have three banks of old lockers that we just throw stuff into...I'll post those for you soon!

Tom

I love to make my own cranberry sauce, it's so much better than the canned variety, which, though it has it's uses, is not cranberry sauce...it's Jell-O. I've tried taking my homemade sauce to Thanksgiving dinner a couple of times, but no one ever touches it. They all go for the red cylindrical slices instead. That's how "traditional" they all are, and by traditional I mean they're afraid of changing anything about our standard Thanksgiving dinner. It's a little depressing, really. -_-;

natasha

Oh dear. That sometimes happens to me when I make homemade mayonnaise. People are scared of raw egg yolks. What about all that stuff that you can't pronounce? Now that's worth being scared of.

Hillary

OH my goodness!! That sounds so so sooo good. I love homemade cranberry sauce, but roasted with orange zest, well you have just put all other cranberry sauces to shame. It's never too early to think about Thanksgiving - it's my favorite holiday!

Ferdzy

It's NOT too early to think about Thanksgiving. It's too late! You've missed it! Never mind, sounds very good.

Right, it is too late for Canadian Thanksgiving. But I'm English so I don't know what I'm doing celebrating any kind of Thanksgiving! Except that I like any excuse for tables full of food.
